OVERVIEW OF COACH RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and assess questionnaire
  • Create a customized program for client
  • Schedule and conduct monthly one hour phone meeting
  • Review client´s topic requests and prepare accordingly prior to meeting
  • Establish an open and honest dialogue with client
  • Provide skill building ideas, systems and methods to increase client´s efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establish monthly assignments and goal setting techniques
  • Act as a resource for new ideas and systems to increase productivity
  • Re-evaluate needs and goals on a quarterly basis

OVERVIEW OF CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete initial needs assessment and return to coach with letter of agreement and one-half of total fee
  • Select monthly date and time for initial phone meeting for Needs Assessment
  • Willingness to establish an open and honest dialogue with coach
  • Adopt the necessary skills to change and follow direction
  • Return monthly discussion topics to coach one week prior to session
  • Be available without distractions during monthly one hour phone meeting
  • Complete quarterly assessments and submit a copy to coach for review
  • Work on assignments as needed
  • Be willing to invest in yourself and your goals!!

TIMING

Prior scheduling and advanced planning will make this a valuable and productive use of your time. Scheduling must be done 30 days in advance and any suggested topics submitted one week prior to scheduled coaching session. You will receive, either by email or fax a simple form to complete and return. This form will be used to establish session appointment and any topic requests that you may have.

It is mutually agreed that all information deemed confidential in nature shall remain in the strictest of confidence. Such information includes but is not limited to; personalized marketing plans, personal budgets, financial information and statistics, unique marketing tools, personal branding, etc.
