*Pricing is for seminar up to 3 hours (includes handout creation, flyer assistance, event published on our website, with links if applicable, and marketing assistance from staff)

One Full Day Seminar

• $3,800 Speaker Fee 
• Airfare*
• One night lodging previous to the event (to be billed direct to your organization)
• $50 Cap per diem (to cover minor incidentals)*
• Ground transportation to and from airport and seminar site*

*Pricing is for 4 to 7 hours (includes handout creation, flyer assistance, event published on our website,with links if applicable, and marketing assistance from staff)

International Fees

Minimum of 2 full day fees- 

• Airfare*
• Lodging (to be billed direct to your organization)
• $50 Cap per diem (to cover minor incidentals)*
• Ground transportation to and from the airport and seminar site*

Fee includes consulting on translation of materials- all costs associated with translation are sponsors responsibility.
